Clinical: Obtained professional nutrition experience in community and urban hospitals, a Veterans Affairs Medical Center, and a pediatric hospital. Performed three weeks staff relief in Intensive Care, Oncology, and Progressive Care. Experienced with handwritten charting and electronic health records. Further experience in dialysis, HIV/AIDS, school nutrition administration, and teaching in the community. Writing and Publication: Supplied social media content (Facebook, Twitter, etc), nutrition fact sheets, and nutrition articles for various reading levels.
